Talking to Walls & Evenstar Pine for Valentines Day Concert

January 23 2004--Saturday, February 14, 2004 - For their now annual Valentine's Day show, Fairfield's Talking to Walls has upped the ante by co-billing with NYC's Evenstar at the Pine Loft in Berlin, CT.

Both up-and-coming bands feature tight pop-rock songs in classic power-trio lineups. They have each been packing their suitcases and logging miles as of late, jetting back and forth between NY, CT, MA, PA and VT with busy tour schedules. This show will be the first time the two have played together since September.

Both camps have high expectations for the love-themed evening, and have planned some surprises to keep the audience guessing throughout the night. To get fans in the mood, reduced admission is offered to anyone showing up at the door dressed in black. Comfortable shoes are recommended, however, as both bands keep listeners on their feet all night.

Originally from Hartford, Evenstar just recently released their new album, "Bad Luck Yesterday" in December. Talking to Walls has been toting their latest releases "Two Weeks in November" and "A tortured man in Vienna writing poems about milkshakes for passers by" since June.
